Ordinances 1359 ORDINANCE NO. 1359
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION
OF BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 15 .30 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is hereby amended
so as to include in the "D" District and in the "I" District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in Sections 15 .34
and 15 .39, respectively, of said Code, the following described
land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to wit:
Lots 23 to 26, inclusive, Lots 29 to 35,
inclusive, and Lot 38, Block 10, SECOND
REVISED PLAT, PORTIONS OF OCEANSIDE AND
TROUVILLE SECTIONS, ISLE OF NORMANDY,
according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 40 at page 35 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
Lots 27 and 28, Lots 36 and 37, Lots
39 to 44, inclusive, Block 10, SECOND
REVISED PLAT, PORTIONS OF OCEANSIDE
SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 25 at page 60 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
-upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1959.

of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1359
entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF BOUNDARIES
OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of September, 1959,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.

this the 21st day of October, 1959.
