Resolution 1071 'AMP mem "Ow RESOLUTION NO. 1071 DISTRICT SR-66 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-66 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SR-66 The laying undergound of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: In an easement ten feet wide, from a point thirty feet West of the West line of West Avenue along the South line of Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, Block 67 A, Resubdivision of Blocks 67 and 79 of Alton Beach Realty Company's Bay Front Subdivision to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, of said Block 67 A; the center of said ten foot ease- ment being the South line of said Lots 1, 2,3,4,5 and 6 of said Block 67 A; Also from the said Southwest corner of said Lot 1, across Bay Road to a point twenty-three feet West of the East line of said Bay Road; In an easement ten feet wide, from a point twenty feet West of the West line of said West Avenue along the South line of Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of Block 67 B of said Resub- division of Blocks 67 and 79, to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, of said Block 67 B; the center of said ten foot easement being the South line of Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of said Block 67 B; Also from the said Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 67 B, across said Bay Road to a point twenty-three feet West of the East line of said Bay Road; At or near the center of said Bay Road, from a point one hundred feet South of the aouth line of Fifteenth Terrace to a point forty-three feet South of the South line of said Fifteenth Terrace ; In an easement ten feet wide, from a point twenty feet East of the East line of said Bay Road along the North line of Lots 9,10, 11, 12,13 and 14 of Block 79 A of said Resubdivision of Blocks 67 and 79 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 ; the center of said ten foot easement being the North line of said Lots 9,10,11,12,13 and 14 of said Block 79 A; Also from the said Northeast corner of said Lot 9, across said West Avenue to the center line of said West Avenue ; At or near the center of said West Avenue, from a point one hundred feet North of the North line of Flamingo Way to the center line of Fourteenth Street ; In an easement ten feet wide from a point thirty feet East of the mast line of said Bay Road along the South line of Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of lack 79 B, of said Resubdivicielt of Blocks 67 and 79, to the Southeast corner of said Lot 6 ; the center of said ten foot easement being the South line of said Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of said Block 79B; Also from the said Southeast corner of said Lot 6, across said West Avenue to the center line of said West Avenue ; In and across said West Avenue from a point thirty-five feet East of the West line of said West Avenue and one hundred feet South of the South line of Fourteenth Terrace to the Southeast corner of Lot 6 , Block 79 C, of said Re- subdivision of docks 67 and 79; Also in an easement ten feet wide from the said Southeast corner of said Lot 6, Block 79 0, along the South line of Lots 6,5,4,3,2 and 1, to the East line of said Bay Road; the center of said easement being the South line of said Lots 6,5,4,3,2 and 1, of said Block 79 0; Also from the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 79 C, across said Bay Road to a point two feet East of the West lire of said Bay Road and one hundred feet South of the South line of said Fourteenth Terrace; Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer Lateral, from each of such main sewers to the line of ap- proximately each twenty-five feet of adjacent property; as a part of the main Improvement; As said Resubdivision, Avenue, Road, Streets, Terraces and Way are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 16 , Page 1, Plat Book No. 4, Page 125 and Plat Book No. 6', Page 5 , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. And it is hereby directed that the material, nature, character and size of said improvement be subsequently determined in conformity with one of such descriptions. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improve- ment and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec- tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construc- tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses neces- sary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provid- ed for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess- ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-66, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-66.
