Resolution 1079 111400 p RESOLUTION NO. 1079 DISTRICT SR-74 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-74 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SR-74 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer , and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the East curb of North Meridian Avenue, from the center line of West Twenty-eighth Street to a point one hundred and twenty-seven feet South of the North line of Lot 6 , Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Mid-Golf Subdivision; At or near the West curb of Alton Road, from the center line of West Twenty-ninth Street to the center line of North Bay Road. The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the West curb of said Alton Road, from the center line of West Twenty-first Street to the center line of North Michigan Avenue; At or near the West curb of said Alton Road, from the center line of West Twenty-seventh Street to the said center line of said West Twenty-ninth Street. The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At od near the West curb of said Alton Road, from the7c;enIer line of said West Twenty-seventh Street to theeenter line of said West Twenty-first Street; Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as a part of the main Improvement; As said Roads, Avenues, Streets and Resubdivision are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No . 4, Page 200 ; in Plat Book No. 7 , Page 161; in Plat Book Bo.8 , Page 52; all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. And it is hereby directed that the material, nature, character and size of said improvement be subsequently determined in conformity with one of such descriptions. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the p;initing s*` + and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, t etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess- ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-74, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-74.
