Resolution 1086 114100 sem RESOLUTION NO. 1086 DISTRICT SR-81 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-81 BE IT RESOLVED BY TK; CITY COUNCIL OF TH. CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SR-81 The laying underg,•ound of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances: • At or near the center of the Alley between Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue, from a point three feet South of the South line of Third Street to a point fifteen feet South of the South line of Fifth Street ; Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer Lateral, from such main sewer to the line of approximately each twenty-five feet of adjacent property; as a part of the main Improvement ; As said Alley, Avenues and Streets are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 38, and as said Washington Avenue was named and designated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242, all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. And it is hereby directed that the material, nature , character and size of said improvement be subsequent- ly determined in conformity with one of such descrip- tions. The City engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an es- timate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur- veys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the prepara- tion of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed- ings and work herein provided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as- sessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-81, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-81.
