Resolution 1095 mdbm mem RESOLUTION NO. 1095 W&REAS, on or about the 1st day of November, 1921, the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety, executed its bond in the penalty of X5 , 000.00 in favor of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on behalf of Clarence W. Tomlinson as City Clerk and Tax Collector. WHEREAS , effective November 1st, 1924, the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety executed its bond in the penalty of 010,000.00 in favor of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on behalf of Clarence W. Tomlinson as City Clerk and Tax Collector, which bond is intended to supersede the former bond in the sum of 5,000.00. It is therefore agreed that the said United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company be and is hereby released from all liability which might accrue under bond in the penalty of 0 ,000.00 subse- quent to the 1st day of November, 1924. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, A. D. , 1925.
