JSOLUTION NO. 1169
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLO ,IDA:

SECTION 1 . TAT: That Plat of a dedication of a portion
of Dade Boulevard and Pine Tree Drive , this
day submitted by the Miami Beach Improvement
Company, -and which was executed by it on
September 15th, 1925, be , and the same is, hereby
approved; and, that the dedication, as shown
thereon, be , and the same is , hereby accepted.
SECTION 2.
THAT, That Plat of a Re-Subdivision of part
of Blocks 48,56 and 75, of Ocean Beach Addition
according to a Plat recorded in Plat Book
No . 2, Page 8 , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, for Tatum Business Properties,
Incorporated, executed by the Tatum Business
Properties, Inc. , a corporation, September 10th,
1925, and this day submitted to this Council
by the same, be , and the same is, hereby approved;
and the dedication of the Alleys, shown on said
Plat ,in Blocks "B" and "C" , and the dedication
of a 3' easement through Block "A" , as shown
on said Plat, said easement being dedicated for
the purpose of laying sewers , water mains, gas
mains, telephone and telegraph poles, and other
uses which may be granted to public utilities
companies, be , and the sameis , hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Sixteenth day o2 September, A.D. ,1925.
