ESOLUTION NO. 1142 A
BE IT RESOLVED BY Dui; CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP
I MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has no objec-
tion to the proposed construction of Timber Groynes along
the Ocean Front at Miami Beach, r'lorida, along the H. S.
Firestone and Indian Beach Corporation properties and hereby
waives all objection to said construction as indicated on
plans prepared by Engineer J. M. Braxton and dated April,
1925.
