RESOLUTION NO. 1181
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T ' CITY OF
MIAMI BACB, FLORIDA:
That the City of Miami Beach hereby waives all
objections to the proposed construction of a service
ferry slip for the Peninsula Terminal Company south of
the Government Cut in the City of Miami Beach, as in-
dicated on sketches Nos. 1, 2 and 3, made by the W. E.
.&own . ngineeri_ag Company, Inc. , to accompany permit
application to the War Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, A. D. ,
1925.
