Resolution 1209RESOLUTION NO. 1209 BE IT RESOLVED BY TT471 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAUI BEACH, FLA: That a plan of Harbor development for the City of Miami, having been adopted to which the City of Miami Beach has no objection, this City Council desiring to co- operate with the City of Miami in any plan to obtain ade- quate Harbor facilities for this vicinity, hereby directs that appropriate telegrams be sent in the name of this Council to Hon. John W. Martin, Hon. J. W. Watson and Hon. Morris Mc lya, at Tallahassee, asking the passage of the ',Watson bill heretofore passed and vetoed, granting to the City of Miami the bay bottom therein described, provided said grant be restricted to use for municipal purposes only. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, A. D., 1925.
