DISTRICT SR-94 SANITARY SJJE,e IMPROVEMENT ENT SR-94
BE IT i,ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BCH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described i/iprovement is
hereby ordered to be mede ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-94 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the East curb of North Meridian Av€iue, from
the center line of West Twenty-eighth Street to a point
eighty feet South of the North line of Lot 6 , Resubdivision
of Lot 1, Block 1, Mid-Golf Subdivision;
At or near the West curb of Prairie Avenue , from the
center line of said West Twenty-eighth Street to a point
five feet South of the North line of Dade Boulevard;
At or near the North curb of said Dade Boulevard, from a
point seven feet East of the West line of said Prairie
Avenue to a point forty feet West of the East line of
Lot 7 , of said resubdivision of Lot 1 , Block 1, of Mid-
Golf Subdivision;
At or near the West curb of Alton Road, from the center
line of West Twenty-ninth Str=et to the center line of
North Bay Road, South of Biscayne Waterway.
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the West curb of said .e.lton load, from the
center line of West Twenty-first Street to the center
line of North Michigan Ave nue ;
At or near the West curb of said Alton Load, from the
center line of West Twenty-seventh Street to the said
center line of said West Twenty-ninth Street.
The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the West cnrb of said Alton Road, from the
said center line of said West Twenty-seventh Street to
the said center line of said West Twenty-first Street;
Together with a 6" Berra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer
Lateral from eech of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main Improvement ;
As said Roads, Avenues , Streets, Waterway and hesubdivision
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No . 4, Page 200 ;
in Plat Book No. 7 , Page 161; and in Flat Book No. 8 , Page
52; all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

And it is hereby directed that the material, nature ,
character and size of said Improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City :engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
,the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the wor$, the
preparation of plans and specifications and

paration of bonds , interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in oonduc�ing the proceed� and

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement Sic--94, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated. as District Sk-94.
