DISTRICT H-89 HIGHWAY IMPROV`+ ENT H-89
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COr NCIL OF TiCITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City OoLncil hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
H-89 ALLEY BET'[EEN LENOX AVENUE AND ALiON ROAD: To be
paved to a width of Twenty feet, from the North line
of Fifth Street to the center line of Sixth Street,
with an 8" Limerock Base with a Bituminous Wearing
Surface , and with a double concrete Gutter on each
side ; as said avenues , Streets , Road and Alley are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 81,
and as said Avenue is named and designated in Ordi-
nance No. 170 recorded in Deed Book No . 297 , Page 242 ,
all of the Public ,,ecords of -facie County, Florida .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, Legal services , abstracts , etc. , any
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as highway improvement H-89 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District H-89 .
