AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1980 COMPREHENSIVE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND THE
MAPS ATTACHED THERETO BY EXCLUDING THE PARCEL OF
• LAND BETWEEN COLLINS AVENUE AND HARDING COURT FROM
76TH TO 79TH STREETS FROM THE "RESIDENTIAL 0-24
UNITS/ACRE"CLASSIFICATION;AND INCLUDING THE SAME IN THE
RESIDENTIAL 25-60 UNITS/ACRE" CLASSIFICATION;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISISON OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following parcels of land:
Blocks 21, 22 and 23, Altos Del Mar No. 1,
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page
4, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, (area between Collins Avenue and
Harding Court from 76th to 79th Streets)
be and the same are hereby excluded from the "Residential 0-24 units/acre" classification
and included in the "Residential 25-60 units/acre" classification of the 1980 Comprehensive
Development Plan of the City of Miami Beach.
SECTION 2: REPEALER. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: SEVERABILITY. If any section, sub-section, sentence, clause phrase, or
portion of this Ordinance is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of
any competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and
independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect ten days after
adoption on June 14 1987.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 1987.
