Madeleine Romanello Dear Honorable Mayor and City Commission:
Deborah Ruggiero
Richard Streim On October 2nd, the Transportation, Parking & Bicycle -Pedestrian Facilities
Committee (TPBPFC) met and unanimously passed the below motions:
Indian Creek Drive Project
The TPBPFC asks City to encourage FDOT to fully fund and support the Indian
Creek Drive Project on an accelerated completion schedule (less than 6 months),
and that emphasis be placed on the portion from 25th — 41st streets, so it is
completed as soon as possible.
TPBPFC strongly agrees it is imperative that the contractor should provide
properly functioning streets with signalization for traffic and pedestrian
crosswalk should be added, as long as it does not impede the progress of
project.
As an advisory Committee, we would greatly appreciate your consideration on
these motions.
Sincerely,
Transportation, Parking & Bicycle -Pedestrian Facilities Committee
