Re: Fontainebleau Relocation of Existing 44 Street
Dear Mr. Bob:
I am pleased to enclose herewith the six original recorded
Partial Release of Liens that were recorded in connection with the
above matter, together with a copy of the recorded Notice of Vacation,
copies of the recorded Quit Claim Deeds from the City and DOT to
Hotelerama Associates, the original recorded Deed from Hotelerama
Associates to the City, a copy of the recorded ~andscaping Easement and
a copy of the recorded First Amendment to Hotelerama's Mortgage, which
includes a partial release of New 44 Street. By copy of this letter to
Valencia Abner, I am forwarding to her copies of the recorded Partial
Releases. By copy of this letter to Raul Aguila, I am forwarding to
him copies of the other recorded documents. I ask that you or they get
copies of these documents to anyone else at the City that requires
them, including Roberto Datorre.
I remind Valencia that Hotelerama is entitled to a $15,000 check
once Joiveca pays off the liens, which is expected to occur within the
next 2 to 3 months. I ask that such check be forwarded to my attention
when it is ready.
