Attached hereto are the following documents:
Copy of Resolution No. 99-23076 together with an executed copy of the Joint Motion to
Approve Settlement (the "Settlement Agreement").
A copy of the Transmittal Letter to the Division of Community Planning, Florida
Department of Community Affairs, with respect to the Amended and Restated Ocean Parcel
Development Agreement dated March 5, 1999, with the acknowledgement that said Division
received said document on April 6, 1999.
A copy of the executed Amended and Restated Development Agreement dated March 5,
1999 ("Development Agreement").
4. A boundary survey of the Ocean Parcel dated April 2, 1998.
5. The amended "Concept Plan" for the Ocean Parcel.
The original recorded, executed Development Agreement has been included in the package
to Bob Parcher for inclusion in the official records of the City.
