The undersigned Grantor, in consideration of the payment of$1.00 and other
good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, grant and give to the City of Miami Beach, a municipal
corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is 1700
Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139 ("City"), a non-
exclusive easement forever for the installation, maintenance, operation repair,
replacement or renewal of its municipal-owned water meters; with the right to
reconstruct, improve, add to, and remove all or part of such water meters within
the easement area described as follows:

which might interfere with or fall upon the water meters; to maintain the water meters; and for such other purposes as the

EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A portion of Tract "E", BELLE ISLE SOUTHEAST according to the plot thereof os recorded in Plot Book 53 at
Page 24 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described os follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Tract "COO of said BELLE ISLE SOUTHEAST, said Northeast corner also
being the point of intersection of the Southwesterly line of said Tract "E" with the Easterly right-of-way line
of "'sland Avenue", as shown on the aforementioned Plot of BELLE ISLE SOUTHEAST, said point being on a
circular curve concave to the Northwest and whose radius point bears N 75'37'09" W, the following four (4)
courses being along the exterior boundary line of said Tract "E", also being said Easterly right-of-way line of
"Island Avenue" and the Southerly rh:jht-of-woy line of "Venetian Way" os shown on the aforementioned plot
of BELLE ISLE SOUTHEAST; 1) thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-way line being 0 124.92 foot
radius curve, leading to the left, through a central angle of 48'35'23" for on arc distance of 105.94 feet to 0
point of tangency. 2) thence N 34'12'32" W for 63.14 feet to a point of curvature; 3) thence Northerly and
Easterly along 0 42.52 foot radius curve, leading to the right, through a central angle of 122'22'00" for an
arc distance of 90.82 feet to 0 point of tongency. 4) thence N 88'09'28" E olongsoid Southerly
