BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That, Whereas, application having been made
to the War Department by l r. P. . . Gellat, 'or permission to
construct a :wharf in Biscayne Lay adjoining Lot 57, Block 1
of Nautilus Subdivision, as shown on a set of two drawings
designated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, prepared by the
4'd. E. Brown Engineering Company, Inc. , under date of December,
1925, to accompany said application to the Jar Department for
permit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby waive
all objections to said proposed construction and does hereby
authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager, of said. City,
to sign and deliver in behalf of said City, a written waiver
of objections to the aforesaid construction, if said construc-
tion is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D. , 1926.
