RESOLUTION NO. 1323
District SR-97 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-97
AREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-97, District SR-97, and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimates of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City .:ingineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police
Station and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 5th day of May, 1926, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , the City
Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st da of April, A. D. , 1926.
