HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-79 HIGHWAY I WROV^ivf NT H-79
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beaah,
Florida, met on the 21st day of July, A.D. , 1926, at 9:OO A.M. ,
at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, pursaant
to the notice of said meeting, as per Section 29 of the City
Charter, to hear all written objections to the confirmation of d,`
the preliminary assessment roll of Highway District H-79,
Highway Improvement H-79, by any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, and

WHEREAS, the City Council having received no written
remonstrances filed at the confir _:ation of the said preliminary
roll by any person whose property is described in said roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami C'
Beach, Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on ,
said preliminary assessment roll, be and is, in all things con— rd
firmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground
described therein.
BE IT FURT'E R RESOLVED that the sums and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll is less than the amount that each of said lots
or parcels of ground is benefited by said improvement ; that the .
total cost of said improvement in the sum of Twenty Four Thousand '
f.:
Two Hundred Forty and 33/100 Dollars (;24,240.33) is hereby ;+
approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten ( 10) days after the date of
this confirmation of said assessment roll, the same be delivered to
the City Clerk of said City and said City Clerk is hereby ordered,
thirty ( 30) days after the date of this resolution, to make
collections of the assessments therein as required by law.
