RESOLUTION NO. 1460.
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS ?OR WRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE C01 FIRIATION OF
ASSESSNT ROLLS.
HIGHWAY .`JISTi ICTS H-56 to H-59, HIGHWAY IMPROVE 7 T3 H-56 to H-59,
H-84, H-86 _and part of H-29 H-84, H-86 and, part of H-29.
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been completed
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk, on
the above described improvements in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, TIRE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter that
a meeting of the said City Council will be held at 9 :00 o'clock
L.11. , October 6, 1926, at which time all interested persons
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of
said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th dpy of September, A.D. , 1926.
