SIDEWALK DISTRICT SK-43 SIDEWALK InET.OVE.1372 SK-43
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of November, 1926, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-43, District
SK-43, and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including en estimate of the incident- 1
expenses, and the said plans and specifications end estimate
of cost and estimate of incident:-.1 expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, B IT RESOLTED by the City Council of
Miami Teach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the Cit- Hall in the City of Miald
Be-ch, the Police Station, - nd the U. S. Post Office in the
City of Mia-Ai Beach, a notice stating that' at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held et the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 15th day of December,
1926, at 10:00 o=clock A.I: . , the City Council will hear
the remonstrances of _ 11 persons interested to the confirm; tion
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
