AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 . 3, PARAGRAPH
B, OF ORDINANCE NO. 1891 , BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BY
ADDING CHURCHES , SYNAGOGUES AND TEMPLES
AS A PERMITTED USE IN PUD-1 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 6 . 3 (B) (2) , of Ordinance No. 1891,
being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"2. The following uses are subject to site
plan approval :
a. Two family dwelling
b. Group house
c. Apartment building
d. Churches , synagogues and temples
e . Accessory uses for above"
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon passage and posting as required by law.

City of Miami Beach.
