:<. 00/- Z l(] f J- CITY OF MIAMI BEACH Capital Improvement Projects Office Interoffice Memorandum m To: Bob Parcher, City Clerk Date: May 15,2002 From: Kristin McKew, Capital Projects Administrator ([!) ~ ~: ( (CLu-uL- NAY 206 ~f Subject: Amendment to Professional Services Agreement - EDAW Please find attached a revised Schedule B "Fee Worksheet" to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and EDAW for the Right of Way Infrastructure Improvement Program for Neighborhood 13 - Star, Palm & Hibiscus Islands. Please include this revised Schedule B with the original contract documents. In the original agreement, there was a conflict between Schedule A "Scope of Services" and Schedule B "Fee Worksheet" with regards to the number of Community Design Workshops would bee held. The revised Schedule B eliminates the conflict without changing the total not-to-exceed amount of the agreement. Please do not hesitate to contact me at x 6248 with any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
