Resolution 1655 000 "iPi .00 RESOLUTION NO. 1655 District SR-110 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-110. WHEREAS, on the 21st day of September , 1927 , the City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig- nated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-110, District SR-110, and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifi- cations of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Fire Station Number 2 , in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 5th day of October, 1927, at 10:00 o' clock A.M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
