Dear Jorge:
At the inception of the Bayshore Golf Course renovation we were made aware that the golf
course is often used as a thoroughfare for passersby, and that this was unwanted.
Furthermore we were informed that quite often errant golf balls cause damage to the
surrounding homes.
Therefore. we do not recommend a pedestrian path around the golf course or adjacent to a
goit hole. It ",'o'.lld only serve to invite trespassing and endanger those using the path. We
con.~idered safety as a factor when redesigning the golf course and in developing the planting
plan and a pedestrian path would compromise both.

.
Sincerely.
