Resolution 1704 ~ • 11-104 '- 14,0 RESOLUTION NO. 1704 RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, request C. A. Renshaw, Jno. C. Kni 'ht, 7,Talter A. Kohlhepp, J. N. Lummus, and T. J. Pancoast, acting as the Dade County C:cean Front Pro- tective Commission, to construct ocean front protec- tive work similar to that already under construction, from a point approximately one hundred and twenty five feet North of Thirtieth Street, Miami Beach, Florida, to approximately the North line of Thirty Second Street, Miami Beach, Florida, so as to join the present work under construction with the -hitman 'mall. BE IT i URTEER RESOLVED, That C. A. Ren- shaw, Jno. C. Knight, Walter A. Kohlhepp, J. N. Lum- mus and T. J. Pancoast, acting as the Dade County O- cean Front Protective Couhission, be requested to do the above work on behalf of the City of Lliami Beach, and to pay for such work insofar as is possible, un- der funds in their hands which have been advanced to them by the City of 1[iami Beach. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Miami Beach, will furnish funds up to in addition to funds already in hands of the said C. A. Renshaw, Jno. C. Knight, Walter A. Kohlhepp, J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pancoast, acting as the Dade County Ocean Front Protective Commission, if the use of such further funds becomes necessary for the work set out in this Resolution, such further funds to be fur— • nished out of Jettie Bond Fund.
