RESOLUTION NO. 1705
WHEREAS, Robert G. Lassiter has applied for a waiver
of objections to the proposed construction of a Boat Land-
ing in Indian Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that they hereby waive
objections to the proposed construction of a Boat Landing
in Indian Creek off Lot 25 , Block 1, Beach View Su bdivision_,
all as indicated on a drawing designated sheets 1 of 2 and
2 of 2, dated December 20th, 1927 , said drawing being pre-
pared for Robert G. Lassiter to accompany his application
for permit from the War Department for said proposed con-
struction of Boat Landing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED 21st day of December, A. D. ,
