A ~ City Manager () r]J'''- U WATER CONSERVATION FACT CARDS Date: May 30, 2002 Subject: As part of my commitment to provide residents with informative and educational material that enhances the quality of life for our neighborhoods, Neighborhood Services Department in cooperation with the Public Works Department, Environmental Resources Management Division has created the attached fact card that provides information on water conservation. Currently, these fact cards are being distributed at community meetings and are available throughout City Hall. Additionally, code compliance officers will be given a supply of fact cards to distribute to our residents. These fact cards are part of an ongoing outreach and educational campaign that provides information to our residents on topics that help preserve and maintain our quality of life. Periodically, you will continue to see these types of informational material produced by the Neighborhood Services Department. In order to be more effective with our educational campaign, we will be producing the fact card in Spanish. Additionally, we will be translating all future educational materials such as, the Resident Guide, to Spanish so all of our residents will have access to our informatio . G c: Robert C.
