Resolution 1740 1.4100 04101 11401 RESOLUTION NO. 1114-0 DISTRICT +-99 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-99 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. H-99 SHERIDAN AVENUE: To be paved, and where heretofore paved, repaved, to a width of eighteen feet, with a Bituminous Wearing Surface orf a Rock Base, and improved on both sides with necessary drainage ditches, from the North Line of Twenty-eighth Street to the South Line of Thirtieth Street; as said Avenue and Streets are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 154, in Plat Book No. 10, Page 3; in Plat Book No.b, Page 111 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in- spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi- cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot or abutting property: This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess- ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-99, and the property against which assessment therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-99.
