that we might have roses in December" , it is our belief that as long
as men and women and happy children gather here at Miami Beach to re-
new their health and enjoy its priceless blessings, as long as bravery
and unselfish devotion to human society receive the homage of human
hearts, we shall remember what David C. Bearden did here with grateful
recognition. His memory will be as inspiring as the light upon the
mountains or as the sunshine on the sea.
