Resolution 1761 f _ 9 Liz` .*-44`,A a a i ';;t + • RESOLUTION NO. 1761 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the owners of the following described properties located in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit: The Townsite of HARDING in Lot 7, Section 2, T. 53 S. , R. 42 E. , as per unrecorded plot of General Land Office of the Department of the Interior of U. S. Government of May 13 ,1922. Altos Del Mar a Subdivision of part of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 2 , T. 53 S. , R. 42 E. , as per Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 157, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Altos Del Mar Subdivision No: 2, a subdivision of part of Go- vernment Lot 1, Section 2, T. 53 S. A. R. 42 E. , as per Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 102 , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Altos Del Mar No. 3 , a subdivision of a part of Government Lots 3 and 4 of Section 2 , T. 53 S. , R. 42 E. , as per Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8, Page 41, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Undeveloped Island located in S L of Section 3 and N z of Section 10, T. 53 s. , R. 42 E. , and bounded on the East by Indian Creek, on the North and West by Biscayne Bay and on the South by Normandy Waterway, as said Indian Creek and Normandy Waterway are shown on a plat of Ocean Side Section of the Isle of Normandy, recorded in Plat Book No. 25 , Page 60 of the Public Records of Dade County Florida. Undeveloped tract of land located in Section 2, T. 53 S. , R. 42 E. , and bounded on the South by the South Line of said Section 2; on the East by the U. S. Coast Guard Life Saving Station, by the Townsite of Harding, as per unrecorded Plat of General Land Office of the Department of the Interior of U. S. Government of May 13 , 1922; by Altos Del Mar No. 3 , as per Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8, Page 41, by Altos Del Mar Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 157 and by Altos Del Mar Subdivision No. 2, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 162; on the North by North line of the said Section 2 and by Biscayne Bay; and on the West by the said Biscayne Bay, by West Line of the said Section 2 and by Indian Creek, as the said Biscayne Bay and Indian Creek are shown on a Plat of Ocean Side Sec- tion of the Isle of Normandy, recorded in Plat Book No. 25, Page 60; all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. are hereby required to clear said lots of and destroy weeds, under- growth, rubbish, debris, trash and unsightly and unsanitary matter thereon, on or before April 18 , 1928, and if said property owners fail to comply with this requirement within the time limit afore- said, that this City Council will cause said work to be done, and make the cost thereof a charge and lien against said properties of the same extent and character as the Bene nrovided for special assessments in Section 29 of the City Charter, which charge shall forthwith be due and payable.
