Resolution 1783 "' ., 41401, RESOLUTION NO. 1753 DISTRICT SR--110 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-118 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: Tnat the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter: SR-118 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the center of 43rd Street, from a point at or near the East Line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred eighteen'feet east of the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 41st Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-six feet east of the East Line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 39th Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-six feet East of the East Line of said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 38th Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue, to a point one hundred twenty-six feet east of the East Line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 37th Street, from a point at or near the East Line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-six feet east of the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 36th Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-six feet east of the East line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 35th Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-six feet east of the Aast Line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 33rd Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-six feet east of the East Line of the said Collins Avenue; At or near the center of 30th Street, from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred forty-three feet east of the East Line of the said Collins Avenue; Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer Lateral , from the main line to approximately e.,ch fifty feet of adjacent property; also a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer Lateral, from the now existing main sewer to the street lines of Lots 3 of Block 19; Lot 1 of Block 21; Lot 1, Block 33, and Lot 4, Block 31; all as a part of the main improvement. As said Avenues, Streets, Lines, Lots, and Blocks are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and as said streets are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre- paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts!,: etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimatedamount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-118, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR.-118.
