RESOLUTION 8

WHEREAS, J. W. Fitzgerald proposes to make application
to the War Department for permission to construct a boat land-
ing wharf in Indian Creek adjoining Lot 11, Block 1 A, Beach
View Subdivision (at a point approximately 2200 feet South of
Allison Island) within the municipal limits of Miami Beach
Florida, as shown on drawings on one sheet , marked:
"TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION OF J. W. FITZGERALD FOR
PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT BOAT LANDING WHARF IN INDIAN
CREEK IN MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA."
prepared by F. K. Ashworth, Engineer, in June, 1928, and
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said J. W. Fitz-
gerald will not interfere with any plans for work which the
said City Council has in view.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the
said City Council waives, and it does hereby waive, all objec-
tions

tions to the said proposed construction.
