RESOLUTION NO. 1827
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 1822 , waiving all ob-
jections to the laying of a submarine cable from
Biscayne Avenue to Harbor Terminal, Miami Beach,
Florida, passed and adopted the 8th day of August ,
A. D. , 1928, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of
August , A. D. , 1928.
