RESOLUTION NO. 1631
DISTRICT SR-1I8 SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-118
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and ad-
opted on the 8th day of August , 1928, ordered the Sanitary
Sewer Improvement SR-118, District SR-118, and the City Engi-
neer , under direction of the City Council, has prepared and
filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said im-
provement , and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would
on the 29th day of August , 1928, at the City Hall in said City,
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear the remonstrances of
all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-1181 Dis-
trict M-118, be and the same is hereby confirmed, and the City
Council hereby declares its intention of proceeding with City
Forces. •
