BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY 00UNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Char-
ter of said City , that at a meeting of said City Council
to be held at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , Jnuary 16th, 1929 ,
it would hear any objections of persons interested in or
affected by the above designated improvement as to the ac-
ceptance thereof , and no objections havin2: been presented,
said improvement , as completed, be and the same is hereby
accepted.
