Resolution 1935 RESOLUTION NO. 1935 WHEREAS, The Allison Realty Company proposes to make application to the War Department for permission to construct a Bulkhead along the bay front of proper- ty in Block 111 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 , belong- ing to the said Allison Realty Company, in Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon drawings designated Sheets 1 and 2, dated March 20th, 1929 , and prepared by J. I. Conklin, and WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Alli- son Realty Company will not interfere with any plans for work which the said City Council has in view, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun- cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the said City Council waives, and it does hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed construction.
