SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to .'equest for Proposals (RFP) No. 2017 -074 -WG, for
Interactive Digital Media Kiosks '
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2017 -074 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)
for interactive digital media kiosks.
On November 1, 2017, LTC # 524-2017 notified the City Commission that the City Manager had
appointed an evaluation committee to review proposals received pursuant to the RFP. However, it
is necessary to make changes to the Evaluation Committee because some individuals are no longer
with the City or are unable to participate.
am now considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Mario Courtney, Senior Managing Director, Goldman Properties
• Tonya Daniels, Director, Office of Communications, City of Miami Beach
• Jay Fink, Assistant Director, Public Works Administration, City of Miami Beach
• Adrian Morales, Director, Property Management Department, City of Miami Beach

• Ron Starkman, Director, Miami Beach United
• John Stuart, Executive Director of FIU's Miami Beach Urban Studios
