RESOLUTION NO. 19
DISTICT SR-125 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; The City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-12'5 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Gotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer,
and necessary manho'es and appurtenances;
At or near the East Curb of Pine Tee Drive
from a point at or near the center of West
Forty-Fifth Street to a point at or near the
center of West Forty-Sixth Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each one hundred feet of adjacent
property; as a part, of the main improvement,
As said Streets and Drive are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 9 at Page 114, Plat Book
No. 25 at Page 30, and Plat Book No. 8, at Page
61 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, size and charpoter of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with
one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary end other surveys, the insnection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and aleecifi-
cations and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to he asseseed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall bedesignatedin all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-1254 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-125,
