Resolution 1965 • RESOLUTION KO. 1965 DISTRICT H-103 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-103 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter: H-103 COLLINS AVENUE: From the South Line of Forty-Fourth Street to the North Line of the Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision of Lands in Government Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Section 23, Township 53 8, Range 42 E, as it is shown on the Amended Plat of the same, to be paved, and where heretofore paved, to he repaved, to a width of forty feet with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on a 10" Rock Base , with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes , and catch basins , and improved on both sides with a Concrete Curb and Gutter, as said Avenue , Street, and Subdivision are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Pages 7 and 8, and Plat Book No. 8 at Page 61, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said. Street is named and designated. in Ordinance No. 232, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, on January 20th , 1926. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi- cations and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest durimg construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for, and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-1031 and the property against which asser4sments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-103.
