Resolution 1967 RESOLUTION NO. 1967 _ DISTRICT SK-56 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-56 BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIT, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter; SK-56 A four and one—half foot Concrete Sidewalk on the East side of Collins Avenue from the South Line of Forty—Fourth Street produced Easterly to the North Line of Forty—Fourth Street, on the North Side of For —Fourth Street from the East Line of Collins Avenue at its intersection with Forty—Fourth Street to the East Line of Collins Avenue at its intersection with Indian Creek Drive and Forty— Fourth Street, and on the East Side of Collins Avenue from Forty—Fourth Street to the South line of Sixty—Third Street produced Easterly, as said Streets, Avenue and Drive are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Pages 7 and ,81 Plat Book No. 8 at Page 61 , Plat Book No. 9 at Page 781 Plat Book No. 25 at Page 57, and Plat Book No. 28 at Pages 16 and 28, of the. Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Forty—Fourth Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232., passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on January 20th , 1926. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary a4d other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest during con— struction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property* This Improvement shell be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-56, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SK-56.
