RESOLUTION NO. 2040
DISTRICT SR-].31 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-131
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-131 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or rear the center of West Forty-seventh Street,
from a. point two and one-half Feet East of the
West line of Lot 14+, Block 14, Nautilus Addition,
produced Northerly to a point two and one-half feet
East of the 'est line of Lots 12 and 11 of Block 13,
of said Nautilus Addition, produced Southerly;
In and across the North half of said West Forty-
seventh Street from the said point at the inter-
section of the center line of said West Forty-
seventh Street with the line two and one-half feet
East of the West line of said Lots 12 and 11, Block
13 produced Southerly to the North line of said
West Forty-seventh Street, thence continuing
Northerly in a five foot easement to the Northwest
corner of said Lot 12, the West line of said five _.
foot easement being the West line of said Lots
12 and 11, Block 13;
In a ten foot easement in said Block 13, from a
point two and one-half feet East of the said
West line of said Lot 12, Block 13 to the North-
west corner of Lot 7 of said Block 13; center
of said ten foot easement being the South line
of Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 of said Block 13.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the Main Sewer to the line of
approximately each sixty feet of adjacent property,
as a part of main improvement;
As said Addition and Street are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book No, 8, Page 130, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work , the preparation of Plans ail Specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,

there aration of bonds, interest during construction, legal

services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement designated rovement shall be desi nated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR»131, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SK-131.
