DISTRICT SR»135 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-135
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-135 The laying underground of an B" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an g" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
In and across the West half of N. Michigan Avenue
from a point of the intersection of the center line
of the said N. Michigan Avenue with the North line
of Lot 13, Block 15 of the Nautilus Addition, pro-
duced Easterly to the Northeast corner of the said
Lot 13, thence continuing Westerly in a ten foot
easement to a point two and one half feet Westerly
of the Northwest corner of Lot 20 of the said Block
15; the center of said ten foot easement being the
North line of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and
20 of the said Block 15 of 'said Nautilus Addition.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Laterals from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each sixty feet of adjacent property,
as a part of main improvement.
As said N. Michigan Avenue and Nautilus Addition
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8,
Page 130 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material of said
improvement be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to the assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall nbe designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR--135, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR- 135.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October , A. D. 1929.
