Resolution 2102 RESOLUTION NO. 2102 -. WHEREAS, G. R. K. Carter proposes to make appli- cation to the War Department for permission to extend pier in the Atlantic Ocean , at the foot of Biscayne Street , within the municipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon drawing marked: "PROPOSED EXTENSION OF PIER ATLANTIC OCEAN, FOOT OF BISCAYNE ST . MIAllI BEACH , FLORIDA. PERL: IT APPLICATION OF G. R. K. CARTER SEPT. 20, 1929" and, WHEREAS , said plans have been presented to and considered by the City Council, and WHEREAS , the work contemplated by the said G.R.K. Carter will not interfere with any plans for work which the said City Council has in view , NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun- cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem- bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con- struction.
