IDA, AND GRANTING SUCH VACATED PORTIONS
THEREOF TO GEORGE W. LANGFORD, AS TRUSTEE
IN BANKRUPTCY OF THE P. J. DAVIS CONSTRUC-

SECTION 1: That that portion of the north side of Se-
venteenth Street , immediately adjacent to
Lot One of Block Seventeen, First Addition to Commer-
cial Subdivision, beim' six-tenths of one foot in width ,
immediately south of and adjacent to said lot , and that
portion of the alley-way one hundred and fifty feet west
of and parallel with Alton Road, which is adjacent to
Lots One and Two of Block Seventeen, First Addition to

Bankruptcy of the P. J. Davis Construction Company, a
Florida corporation, bankrupt , his successors and as-
si -ns , subject to the proviso hereinafter contained.
PROVIDED, HO'"EVER, that if the building now
on said premises and covering the above described land
is ever moved, demolished , destroyed by fire or rebuilt ,
then the above vacetion of said portions of Seventeenth
Street , the said alley-way , and the grant of the use of
the same shall be immediately revoked , terminated and
absolutely voided without any action on the part of the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida , end
said lands above described shall again become portions
of Seventeenth Street and of the alley-way one hundred
and fifty feet west of and parallel with Alton Road , re-
spectively , for the aublic u .e .
