Resolution 2146 RESOLUTION NO. 2146 DISTRICT H-110 HIGHWAY IMPROVE- LENT H-110 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter: H-110 ALLEY BETWEEN LINCOLN ROAD AND SIXTEENTH STREET: From the East Line of Alton Road to a point nine and one-half feet east of the West Line of Lenox Avenue, and from a point nine and one-half feet west of the East Line of the said Lenox Avenue to a point nine and one-half feet east of the West Line of Michigan Avenue, and from a point nine and one-half feet west of the East Line of the said Michigan Avenue to a point nine and one-half feet east of the West Line of Jefferson Avenue, and from a point nine and one-half feet west of the East Line of the said Jefferson Avenue to a point nine and one-half feet east of the West Line of Meridian Avenue , and from a point nine and one-half feet west of the East Line of the said Meridian Avenue to a point nine and one- half feet east of the West Line of Euclid Avenue , and from a point nine and one-half feet west of the East Line of the said Euclid Avenue to a point nine and one-half feet east of the West Line of Pennsylvania. Avenue, and from a point nine and one-half feet west of the East Line of the said Pennsylvania Avenue to a point one hun- dred sixty feet east of the said East Line of 111 the said Pennsylvania Avenue, to be paved, and where heretofore paved, to be repaved, to a width of twenty feet, with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on a. 10" Rock Base, with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes and catch basins, as said Alley, Roads , Avenues and Street are shown on Plats re- corded in Plat Book No , 6, Pages 5 and 33, and in Plat Book No. 9, Page 69, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida . The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve- ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti- mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre- paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal ser- vices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provid- ed for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as- sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-110, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated es District H-110.
