DISTRICT H-117 HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-117
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
H-117 ALTON ROAD: From the South Line of Fifteenth
Street to South Line of Lincoln Road, to be
paved, and where heretofore paved, to be re-
paved, to a width of Seventy Feet with a Bi-
tuminous Wearing Surface on a 10" Rock Base,
with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, man-
holes and catch basins, as said Rod,9 and
Street are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book No . 6, Page 5, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and en estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal ser-

vices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provid-
ed for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-117, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-117.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, A. D. 1930.
