RESOLUTION NO. 2156
DISTRICT SL-3 SANITARY SEWER LATER-
AL IMPROVEMENT SL-3
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to bemade; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SL-3 The laying underground of 6" Terra Cotta , or 6°
Concrete Sewer Laterals, as a separate improve-
ment, from the existing Sanitary Sewer to the
line of approximately each fifty feet of adja-
cent property;
In the Alley between Lincoln Road and Seven-
teenth Street , on both sides, from the East
Line of Alton Road to the West Line of Michi-
gan Avenue, and in the Alley between Lincoln
Road and Sixteenth Street, on both sides, from
the East Line of Jefferson Avenue to the West
Line of Euclid Avenue.
As said Roads, Alleys, Streets and Avenues are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No . 6,
Paga35, 29, 30 and 33, and in Plat Book No. 9,
Page 69, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;

And it is hereby directed that the material;
nature, character and side of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of
said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses nec-
essary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work here-
in provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against the abutting property for each lineal foot of lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, az-
sessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement
SL-3, and the property against which assessments therefor may
be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
SIJ-3.
