A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY NTERS FOR WRITTEN REMONSTRANCES
TO THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS .
SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
DISTRICTS SR-130, SR-131, MENTS SR-130, SR-131,
SR-132, SR-133, SR-134, SR-132, SR-133, SR-134,
SR-135, SR-136 and SR-137 SR-135, SR-136 and SR-137
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29, of
the City Charter .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 A. M. , March 5th , 1930, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file writ-
ten objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
