DISTRICT H-318 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-118
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter:
H-118 SHERIDAN AVENUE: From the North line of West
Twenty-Eighth Street to the West line of Pine
Tree Drive at the intersection with West For-
ty-Sixth Street, to be paved, and where hereto-
fore paved, to be repaved, to a width of Thir-
ty-six feet, with a Bituminous Nearing Surface
on a 10" Rock Base, with necessary drainage,
sewer inlets, manholes and catch basins, and
improved on both sides with a concrete curb and
gutter .
As said Avenue , Drive and Streets are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 1.54,
in Plat Book No. 6, Page 111, in Plat Book No .
8, Page 116, in Plat Book No . 25, Page 30 and
in Plat Book No . 9, Page 114, all of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare -and to ,file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the work ,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates ,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction ,
legal services , abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-118 , and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-118 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February , A. D. 1930 .
